For sale is a very rare old snow thrower made by the Hiram Maxim Silencer Company in Hartford, Conn. The company was known for making machine gun silencers. This machine was made in the 40′s and 50′s in very limited #’s (not sure what the exact year of this one is). It does not run or operate and would need a complete restoration or could be used for parts to restore another. Would also make an awesome display for a small engine repair company. The motor turns over freely and is believed to be a Wisconsin 9 HP. The transmission still seems to shift as well. It appears to have most but not all of the original parts still in place.
