From the pictures, you can see that this machine has been well cared for and not abused. It is very clean, not only for its age, but generally. The machine is pull-start, and starts very easily. All winter (cold weather), it starts on the first or second pull. There are five forward, and two reverse, speeds. The machine runs smoothly and does not smoke. I replaced the skid shoes with nylon ones that do not scratch pavement/cement. At the end of the winter, I always run the tank dry and add STA-BIL fuel stabilizer to protect the fuel system. This has been a very reliable machine that my family has used for quite a while. Before being used at my current house, we used it in Deep Creek Lake, MD. Deep Creek Lake gets a good amount of snow (on average, they usually see more than 100 of snow each year), and this machine handled everything we put in front of it.
